Chef Don's food is a celebration of the seasons. Local farms and quality ingredients inspire the customized menus. His cooking style can simply be described as farm to table with an emphasis on capturing the peak of the season through simple yet creative techniques. In Don's food, you will taste the influence of his culinary history; from the Southern United States to Korean and French cuisine thoughtfully executed throughout each carefully crafted course.
While 80% of his menu is locally sourced from a thriving community of folks who take great pride in the products they grow, the rest of his ingredients are staple items and fine foods that are just too good to leave out. Though Don's expertise is in fine dining and artful plating, his love of food stems from bringing people together, family-style, and ensuring everyone leaves with a full belly and a big smile.

Chomchomyomyom offers a monthly supper club and weekly private kitchen reservations. Each dinner focuses on showcasing the seasons through celebrating and preserving locally grown and foraged ingredients while they are at their peak, highlighting the potential for greatness in even the most humble ingredients. The 6-12 course prefixed menu draws inspiration from mother nature to determine what dishes will be served. You may make a reservation up to 30 days in advance and prior t0 48 hours of your preferred date. We accept general reservations for parties of 4-12 people Thursday through Saturday. For parties of less than 4, a surcharge may apply. If there is no space available on your preferred date, we can add your party to our wait list. Contact us to inquire about private party reservations for dates that are not published on our events calendar.
The tasting menu is priced between $550-$999HKD depending on what's available from our farmers and the number of courses served. The menu changes based on seasonality and inspirations from the chef.
Our monthly supper club is held the last Sunday of every month. Each dinner focuses on celebrating impeccably sourced ingredients while playing with new and imaginative themes. Dining Workshop Series
Do you want to cook with more confidence? Come be inspired at one of our Dining Workshop Series dinners. Our relaxed and intimate workshops focus on teaching you new culinary techniques and recipes as well as brushing up on old ones. Each private cooking class finishes with a unique dining experience based around the workshops theme.
